The Aliso Viejo Republican Women Federated is an energetic group of women who support our great Republican Party, our troops and our community. We currently have over 70 members and meet the fourth Thursday of the month at 6:30PM at The Hills Hotel in Laguna Hills, off the 5 Freeway and La Paz Road. Our meetings include dinner, informative speakers and programs to educate our members. We also sponsor an annual Youth Advocacy program where outstanding high school students are flown to Sacramento learn hands-on about our legislative system from members of both the Assembly and State Senate. 2010 is the year to join us if you are interested in making a difference in the Republican Party, support our men and women in uniform and educate our youth â all while having a great time! Capo Valley RWF, a Diamond Award Club, has just celebrated its 40th anniversary of supporting Republican candidates and principles, our troops and other initiatives throughout our community and state. Our general meetings are held on the 4th Thursday of the month at 10:45 a.m. at Westridge Golf Course, La Habra. We have a wide variety of speakers, from candidates running for office, to speakers on Islamic terrorism and climate change. We send gift boxes once a month to our adopted soldier, and our fund raisers are geared toward the scholarships for local high school students, plus our literary project. We donate books to local primary, middle and high schools on a regular basis.
